A 20% deposit is due upon booking overnights and special events. Please allow a 14 day notice for overnight cancellations.
If you do not allow at least a 14 day cancellation notice full payment is still due.

If you have overnights booked and will be arriving home early, the full amount for time booked will still be required.

No refunds will be given.

Please allow 24 hour notice for walks, drop ins and taxi service cancellations, 1/2 payment due if under 24 hours notice, except for cancellations due to extreme weather.

No refunds will be given, if services are pre paid the amount will be applied towards the next service.
